ORDERS

• Orders are usually processed within 2 - 3 business days after payment has been received in the order that we receive the order - every order is important to us - so no queue jumping because everyone wants their order asap. Shipping method is not a picking method
• If we have sold out of an item (it is very rare) we are sorry for the inconvenience caused on our part - it could have been human error of entering stock on the computer by us or it's impossible to count every little item of stock that we purchase for the website as we get hundreds of items each month - we would be counting till midnight everyday - so sorry for the shortage. Your shortage will be refunded.
• If you wish to add extra items to your order that has already been placed and not yet posted - just pop through another order in the comments state that your would like to combine orders. We will refund the postage difference on the second order.
• If you order contains a Pre Ordered item your whole order will held until stock is to hand. 
• Sorry No Phone Orders as we are running on a tight stock control with all orders going through the website.
