Postage/Handling

Orders sent within AUSTRALIA - Trackable methods - Parcel Post starting at  small parcel $11.95 up to 5 kilo, Express Post  small parcel $14.95up to 5 kilo

By selecting Express post does not entitle your order to be picked before others  - all orders are processed in the order that we receive them - they will be sent via the method that they are paid for when the order is completed.

Once an order is completed you will receive your Australia Post Tracking Number.

Postal items are picked up once a day for mailing - sorry we do not make special trips to the post office for one off mailings

We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses - please make sure your address is correct . We take no responsibility for parcels that get lost in transit or have not been picked up from the Post Office. 

If we have overcharged you postage on your order it will be adjusted or refunded before posting.
