Welcome to Beads on Kelly Street

Online Only – Proudly Trading Since 2004

We are delighted to now call beautiful Burrawang in the Southern Highlands of NSW home. After many years in Sydney, we’re enjoying the change of pace and our move to the country!

Beads on Kelly Street is an online-only store, operating as a pick-and-pack warehouse. Our stock is stored for order fulfilment and is not displayed for browsing, so unfortunately we are unable to accommodate walk-in customers or collection of orders.

All orders must be placed and paid for through our website. We are sorry, but we cannot accept telephone orders or purchase orders.

How to Contact Us

The easiest and quickest way to reach us is by email or through our website chat. We’re sorry, but we are unable to take phone calls or offer call-backs.

You can email us at sales@beadsonkellystreet.com.au

As we live on a farm and work varied hours in our office, our working times can be a little different from those of a regular shop. You might receive a reply from us early in the morning or later in the evening, depending on the day. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Checking Your Order

If you haven't received our emails about your order, please check your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes end up there or fail to reach you.

You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status. If your order is marked as Completed, your Australia Post tracking details can be found on your invoice, allowing you to follow your parcel's progress.

Forgotten Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password, simply go to the sign-in page and click Forgot password? A password reset link will be emailed to you. Follow the link to create a new password and sign in to your account.

Thank you for supporting our small business. We truly appreciate every order and enquiry and look forward to helping you with your beading and jewellery-making supplies.

Warm regards,
